How To Get Into Fashion Design College In New York

How To Get Into Fashion Design College In New York?
I want to go to a fashion design school in New York like FIT or Parsons. I want to major in interior design but I'm not sure what is required to get in since you would learn interior design at the school. What does your GPA and other things need to be to get in? My GPA right now is about 3.5 and I'm a sophomore in high school

However, the most important factors for admission are going to be your raw talent, your future ambitions, and your drive, all of which will come out through your interview; therefore, this is key to getting accepted. Where's the best place to go to college in New York

Where's the best place to go to college in New York?
What are some good colleges in New York City? How much is the tuition? And how do you get scholarships? I want to study art or graphic design in New York but I'm from out of state so it would be REALLY expensive, and I probably wouldn't be able to go without a scholarship. Please be as detailed and give as much info as possible, thank you.

NYU and Columbia are the best! NYU is near 50,000 if you include everything such as tuition, room, and board, and etc. It is about 36,000 without all the extras. NYU is really bad about financial aid, and unless you are really poor, you wont get much. My father was talking to a middle class family a couple a weeks ago, and their daughter got in for dance. NYU only gave her about a 3,000 dollar scholarship. It is funny because I really want to go to NYU still, but could be facing over 100k of loans. Columbia is better, but it just as expensive but will give you scholarships if you are very smart. Columbia is also a Ivy, which NYU is not. If you want cheaper schools, I would check the Suny's which stands for the state university of New York. Sonny Brook (part of Suny), is one of the better schools located in Long Island. Were is a good cheap college in New york for Photojournlism?
I need to know a good school for photojournlism in new york.. i am not very rich so it needs to be afforable... and I live out of state so that also matters.. can anyone help?

I graduated from Hobart college, and as far as I know, there is no such thing as a cheap college education in NY, or any other state for that matter, just find one you like!

Look at all the SUNY schools websites. Also the CUNY schools.

How good of a school is CCNY City College of New York

How good of a school is CCNY City College of New York?
Its a SUNY/CUNY college which is good for me because thats what my mom want me to go into. I love the city and this college looks neat but I'm worried that the pictures and the descriptions are hiding stuff. Is CCNY a good school? What I mean is, Dorms, Activities, Campus Life. That sort of thing.
