I heard about a college in New York that is supposed to be one of the best colleges in the country and tuition or something is free but you have to enlist in the military for four years? or something like that. which college is that? This college is different though..

The military pays for all colleges if you serve

The only free college I know in NY is Cooper Union and you don't need to get in the military to get in. You only need to be really smart. Probably someone was talking to you about the Montgomery G.I. Bill which covers most of the college expenses for veterans.
