FIT Although I don't know of any highly competitive. Not too many people are interested in pursuing that as a degree.

FIT. You should probably spell "fashion" right on the papers you fill out though.

The Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and The Pratt Institute are perhaps the best schools in the country for fashion design. They are both in New York, both are very reputable schools, and admission to both schools is very competitive. You may want to take a look at the websites I've provided below to learn a little bit about these schools. For instance, on these sites I learned that Norma Kamali, Michael Kors, and Calvin Klein went to FIT. Betsey Johnson went to Pratt. Best wishes to you.

What college in New York State will let me Major in Architecture and minor in Mathematics education?
Im currently looking at colleges and universities. Im searching for a school that will let me major in Architecture and minor in Mathematics education. Another possibility would be to double major in Architecture and Mathematics education. Please help. and it would be best if the college is in New York State. Thanks

How much does it cost to study to study in a community college in New York as a foreigener citizen

How much does it cost to study to study in a community college in New York as a foreigener citizen?
I am british, moving to new york, just want to know how much is going to cost me to study in New York. I am 23, can i still go to a community college, right? In England, before we go to uni we go to college, if you havent done extremely well in school. Is this also the way it works in the states, right? Do i have to get a student visa to study in New York?

Each college is different. You will have to find the college you like and look at their fees. Most colleges do not have the same fees as others. Also, you do not have to go to community college if you find a university that will accept you with lower grades, although it will probably be a lot easier if you do. But it is not hard to find a University in New york. Yes, you can go to community college, and University at any age as long as you are paying. Not exactly sure about the student visa, but it seems like you would need one. Good luck.
