If I pass the FCAT in Florida can I go to college in New York

If I pass the FCAT in Florida can I go to college in New York?
Right now I am in New York, and i passed my 12 grade classes...BUT i failed my regents...and they are asking me to retake them next year without being able to go to school...basically I got to wait 1 year just to take the regents again and not be able to study in school...SO CAN I GO TO FLORIDA PASS THE FCAT AND APPLY TO COLLEGE IN NEW YORK?

Homeschoolers don't have to take the FCAT in FL. But if you''re not a FL residident I don't see how it would work that you could register as a FL homeschooler. Have you considered a GED?

what new york college is it that you get free tuition if you go in the military

what new york college is it that you get free tuition if you go in the military?
I heard about a college in New York that is supposed to be one of the best colleges in the country and tuition or something is free but you have to enlist in the military for four years? or something like that. which college is that? This college is different though..

The military pays for all colleges if you serve

The only free college I know in NY is Cooper Union and you don't need to get in the military to get in. You only need to be really smart. Probably someone was talking to you about the Montgomery G.I. Bill which covers most of the college expenses for veterans.

Sister goes to school in the city (Manhattan), and she says there's never a dull moment. Plus, there are so many cool shops and good places to eat, so it's always interesting.
